LIBRARY
The
College Library contains a fairly large collection of books on diverse
topics such as management, postal manuals, postal studies, computer,
finance and accounting, statistical management as well as social sciences
and literature. A significant number of professional journals and magazines
have been subscribed and daily newspapers of national repute are accessible
to trainees. The library maintains a reference section containing governmental
publications, documents, encyclopedias, yearbooks, reports etc. Books
are systematically catalogued and a professional librarian is readily
available to render advice and services.
The
library is undergoing renovation. Three Computer workstations have
been added
for exclusive use of trainees and reading facilities are also being
up-graded.
Internet facility is available on the
computer workstations installed in the library.

FACULTY
The
core faculty comprises of a Director, two Senior
Instructors, one Junior Instructor, a Administrative Officer and an Accounts
Officer. In addition, the college relies on associate faculty of senior
postal officers and visiting faculty drawn from corporate and public
sector as well as Islamabad - based international organizations.
Eminent
persons who have made marks in their respective fields are regularly
invited to interact with the participants so as to strengthen and enrich
the latter's awareness of the realm outside their work situation and
to broaden their mental horizon.
The
Director is generally an experienced and seasoned officer with distinguished
teaching and professional experience and post graduate qualifications
having attended some relevant courses at eminent institutions of Pakistan
or abroad.
Senior and junior instructors are mostly post-graduate with considerable
professional experience. They are responsible for designing courses
and identifying and engaging visiting faculty.
