FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS

Postal Staff College has emerged as a leading training institute for postal executives from developing countries. It has the distinction to offer training opportunities and fellowships to postal executives from more than 50 countries.

The participants trained at the Postal Staff College come from all geographical regions of the world. The countries represented at the PSC are:
