MANAGEMENT

The management of Postal Staff College is mandated to analyze organizational, group and individual needs from training perspective and design courses and offer seminars and workshops accordingly.

The PSC management is entrusted to strengthen and reinforce the competitive advantage of the Post Office Department through keen attention to the training needs of its officers. In addition to offering both demand and supply driven training programs, it also initiates, encourages and sponsors various research projects aimed at improving operational efficiencies, process management, and customer satisfaction. It helps to redesign, retool and fine tune various postal products on the basis of market research and scientific surveys.

The management provides financial and human resources, engages faculty and experts and invite guest speakers of eminence to provide a stimulating learning environment for local and overseas participants.

 
 


P.S.C management comprises postal group officers who have distinguished academic and professional careers. Their profiles reflect variety of experiences and diversity in academic pursuit.
