He also worked as National coordinator for UPU Continuous Testing and National Coordinator for Q.S.F. He contributed in implementation of IPS (International Postal System), RUGGBY and Cricket (internet based inquiry systems for EMS & Parcels) He represented Pakistan in various International seminars & conferences abroad including seminar on “Postal Logistics & Information technology” in Korea, APPU EC meetings in Malaysia 2006 and India 2007. He worked as Course Director at APPC Bangkok, Thailand for course on Philately. He has been a part of visiting faculty of Postal Staff College and Postal Recruitment & Training Centre Islamabad.
